Directions:

From HWY 89 South from Ogden

• Turn right onto Oak Hills Drive (Layton Surf and Swim Water Tower).
• Turn left onto S. Fort Lane.
• Turn left onto Main Street.
• Turn right at 836 S. Main, next to Dairy Queen.
• Upstairs at the Phazes Salon and Day Spa, Suite 210.

From I-15 North Bound

• Take the 1st Layton exit. This is the exit following the Kaysville exit where the big white grain towers are.
• At the traffic light, turn right onto Main Street.
• About 500 yards is the Dairy Queen and the Phazes Salon and Day Spa.
• We are upstairs at the Phazes Salon and Day Spa, Suite 210.

Southbound I-15 Toward Layton

• Take the Kaysville exit, where the big white grain towers are.
• Turn left at the traffic light onto 200 N. in Kaysville going towards the mountains.
• Turn left at the Arby’s onto 400 W.
• Turn left onto Main Street.
• You will go about 1 mile. Look for Phazes Salon and Day Spa to the left.
• We are upstairs at the Phazes Salon and Day Spa, 836 S. Suite 210.
